Friday is the official kick-off to the 2009-2010 wrestling season when we travel to Phoenix High School for the Phoenix Duals. The Varsity tournament is a dual-meet format featuring 8 teams. JV/Novice wrestlers will also compete in a separate tournament at Phoenix High School.

The Novice Tournament at Grants Pass is a go, but I don't have details at this time. We will be discussing the details at practice today. Stay tuned....
